    The site commission is a consultative body for each Inspé site and makes proposals on subjects specific to the operation of the site.
    Its role is to make proposals in the following areas

    • organization of the training courses hosted on the site, notably through the management of training rooms and the harmonization of timetables
    • reception of site users, quality of life and working conditions
    • site activities (cultural, social and sports activities, events, conferences, etc.).

    She advises the Inspé Director on :

    • the budgetary project applicable to the site ;
    • work projects
    • equipment program projects;
    • and for any specific question formulated by the management of the Institute in relation to the life of the site.
  • Composition and appointment of members

    Each site commission must be composed in compliance, as far as possible, with the principles of parity of its members sitting with voting rights and of the non-accumulation of mandates.
    The composition of the site commissions varies to take into account the specificity of each site.

    For the Aix-en-Provence and Marseille sites, it is made up of :

    Eight members by right :

    • the director or his or her representative
    • the administrative manager of the site
    • the head of the BU Inspé or his/her representative
    • one person in charge of the college (ALLSH for Aix-en-Provence, sciences for Marseille);
    • a representative of the city;
    • a representative of the UFR (ALLSH for Aix-en-Provence, sciences for Marseille);
    • one IA-IPR (ALLSH for Aix-en-Provence, sciences for Marseille);
    • a representative of the academic director of national education services.

    Twelve elected representatives of the staff and users:

    • four representatives of the teaching and teaching-research staff, making up college A;
    • four representatives of the administrative and technical staff, making up college B;
    • four representatives of users in initial or continuing education, making up college C.

    For the Avignon site, it is made up of :

    Six members by right :

    • the director or his or her representative
    • the administrative manager of the site
    • the head of the BU Inspé or his/her representative
    • a representative of the city;
    • a representative of the AU;
    • a representative of the academic director of the national education services of the Vaucluse.

    Nine elected representatives of the staff and users:

    • three representatives of the teaching and teaching-research staff, making up college A;
    • three representatives of the administrative and technical staff, composing the college B;
    • three representatives of users in initial or continuing education, making up college C.

    For the Digne-les-Bains site, it is made up of :

    Six members by right :

    • the director or his/her representative
    • the administrative manager of the site
    • the head of the BU Inspé or his or her representative
    • a representative of the city;
    • a representative of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence general council;
    • a representative of the academic director of the national education services of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

    Nine elected representatives of the staff and users:

    • three representatives of the teaching and teaching-research staff, composing the college A ;
    • three representatives of the administrative and technical staff, composing the college B;
    • three representatives of users in initial or continuing education, making up college C.

    The committee may invite any person likely to help it make its choices. Similarly, representatives of associations, institutions or structures associated with the life of the site are invited.
    The person in charge of administrative and technical services and the person in charge of the university library of the Inspé are consultative members by right. The sustainable development advisor is also an ex-officio advisory member.

  • Operation

    Presidency

    Each site commission elects its chairperson, for a five-year term, from among the elected representatives of the teaching and research staff, making up college A, by a first-past-the-post vote. A vice-president for each site commission is appointed by and from among the elected user representatives, for a two-year term.

    Meetings of the site commission

    The site commission meets at least twice a year, on the basis of an agenda drawn up by the director, on the proposal of the president, the vice-president and the site administrative manager. The agenda is notified to the members of the committee. A provisional calendar of ordinary meetings of the committee for the academic year is sent to all members at the beginning of the year.

    In order to ensure the follow-up of the files for which it is responsible, the commission may set up a small committee (chairperson, vice-chairperson, site administrative manager, one representative of each college). The committee meets as often as necessary.


    Minutes

    The minutes are drawn up on the initiative of the site administrative manager and sent to the members of the
