  • Role and competencies

    Set up on each Inspé site, the site commission is a body for consultation, consultation and proposals on subjects specific to the operation of the site.
    Its role is to make proposals in the following areas:

    • organisation of training courses hosted on the site, in particular through the management of training rooms and the harmonisation of timetables ;
    • reception of site users, quality of life and working conditions ;
    • animation of the site (cultural, social and sports activities, events, conferences...).

    She advises the director of the Inspé in the following matters:

    • of the draft budget applicable to the site ;
    • of work projects ;
    • of capital program projects ;
    • and for any specific question formulated by the management of the institute in relation to the life of the site.
  • Composition and appointment of members

    Each site commission must be composed by examining, as far as possible, the principles of parity of its members sitting with voting rights and of non-accumulation of mandates.
    The composition of the site commissions is variable to take into account the specificity of each site.

    For the Aix-en-Provence and Marseille sites, it is made up of :

    Eight ex officio members:

    • the director or his representative ;
    • the administrative site manager ;
    • the person in charge of the BU Inspé or his representative ;
    • a college manager (ALLSH for Aix-en-Provence, sciences for Marseille);
    • a city official;
    • a representative of UFR (ALLSH for Aix-en-Provence, sciences for Marseille) ;
    • an IA-IPR (ALLSH for Aix-en-Provence, sciences for Marseille) ;
    • a representative of the Academic Director of National Education Services.

    Twelve elected staff and user representatives :

    • four representatives of teaching staff and teacher-researchers, making up College A ;
    • four representatives of the administrative and technical staff, making up College B ;
    • four representatives of users in initial or continuing training, making up College C.

    For the Avignon site, it consists of :

    Six ex officio members:

    • the director or his representative ;
    • the administrative site manager ;
    • the person in charge of the BU ESPE or his representative ;
    • a city official;
    • a representative of the UAPV;
    • a representative of the academic director of the Vaucluse national education services.

    Nine elected staff and user representatives :

    • three representatives of teaching staff and teacher-researchers, making up College A ;
    • three representatives of the administrative and technical staff, making up College B ;
    • three representatives of users in initial or continuing training, making up College C.

    For the site of Digne-les-Bains, it consists of :

    Six ex officio members:

    • the director or his representative ;
    • the administrative site manager ;
    • the person in charge of the BU ESPE or his representative ;
    • a city official;
    • a representative of the General Council of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence ;
    • a representative of the academic director of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence national education services.

    Nine elected staff and user representatives :

    • three representatives of teaching staff and teacher-researchers, making up College A ;
    • three representatives of the administrative and technical staff, making up College B ;
    • three representatives of users in initial or continuing training, making up College C.

    The committee may invite any person who may be able to help it in its choices. Likewise, persons representing associations, establishments or structures associated with the life of the site are invited.
    The Head of Administrative and Technical Services and the Head of the ESPE University Library are advisory members by right. The sustainable development referent is also an ex officio advisory member.

  • Presidency

    The site commission is chaired by the management referent on the site.

  • Operation

    The site commission shall meet at least twice a year, on an agenda decided jointly by the director or his/her representative and the site manager.
    The agenda shall be notified to the members of the Commission eight days before the Council meeting.
    A provisional calendar of ordinary meetings of the commission for an academic year is communicated to all members at the beginning of the year.
    Reporting is initiated by the site manager.
    The reports are signed by the site administrative manager and the director of the Inspé. They are sent to the members of the commission and to the director of the Inspé, within a month following each session. The director of the Inspé is responsible for its publicity.
    At the beginning of each sitting, the minutes of proceedings of the previous sitting shall be submitted to the committee for approval.
    In order to ensure the follow-up of the files for which it is responsible, the commission may set up a restricted office (president, site administrative manager, one representative from each category). The board meets once a month.
